Accessing Your Website

How to login to Webflow and access the Dashboard.

To make changes to your website, you’ll first need to log into Webflow. Your site lives inside Webflow’s platform, and you’ll use the Dashboard to access it. From there, you can choose either the Editor (for content updates) or the Designer (for more advanced changes).

Steps to Access Your Site and Dashboard:

  1. Go to https://webflow.com/dashboard.
    • Bookmark this page for easy access in the future.
  2. Log in with the email address and password that were set up for you.
    • If you forget your password, click “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset it.
  3. Once logged in, you’ll land on your Dashboard.
    • This is the homepage for your account in Webflow.
    • You’ll see a list of all sites connected to your account.
    • If you only manage one site, you’ll just see that single site listed.
  4. Click the name of your site to open it.
    • From here, you can choose whether to enter the Editor or Designer depending on the task.

Notes & Troubleshooting:

  • If you cannot see your site in the dashboard, confirm that you’ve been invited as a collaborator. Contact our team if it still doesn’t appear.
  • For best performance, use Google Chrome when working in Webflow.
  • If you have trouble logging in:
    • Try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache.
    • Temporarily disable browser extensions that might interfere (such as ad blockers or password managers).
    • If problems continue, try an incognito/private browsing window or a different browser.
