During the development of your website, we may invite you to the project so you can review the site and provide feedback. Depending on the access level assigned to you, you may be able to leave comments only or also make edits.
If You Have Comment-Only Access
If you do not have editing access, you will already be in Comment Mode when you open the site.
To leave a comment:
- Navigate to the page you want to review using the page menu at the top of the screen.
- Click directly on the area of the page you are referring to.
- Type your feedback and post the comment.
Repeat this process anywhere on the site that needs feedback or revision.
If You Have Editing Access
If you have editing access, you will need to enter Comment Mode before leaving feedback.
- Click the Comment icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Once Comment Mode is active, click on the area of the page you want to reference.
- Type your comment and post it.
Tips for Helpful Feedback
- Leave comments directly on the relevant section or content.
- Be as specific as possible about requested changes.
- Navigate through the full site and leave comments anywhere revisions are needed.
Commenting allows feedback to stay connected to the exact location on the page, making revisions easier and more organized.
